distortions when opening file

I have a file with multiple tabs that contain pivot
charts and pivot tables. When I open the file there are
no tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet and when I try
to click on the spreadsheet I see distortions in the file
and it isn't usable.

I have tried to open it up on other people's computers
and the file works perfectly.

Any suggestions??
