distribution groups

Byron

I am using Outlook 2000 and I have a problem with my
distribution groups. I cannot use a distribution group of
over 5 people to send an email. If I try, outlook errors
out saying too many recipients. I have tried several
different SMTP serves with the same results. I have all
the latest updates. Does anyone have a suggustion on how
to fix this.

Thanks
Byron

Clarify your post.
The term "distribution group" does not exist. Define what you mean. Post
clearly the steps you are using. Post your mail support mode.

Outlook does not set the number of recipients in the DL, your ISP or
Exchange admin does. If you are not using Exchange, talk to your ISP.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Byron asked:

I have the same problem - in both outlook 2000 and 2003

Do you know how to solve it yet?
