Distribution List in Outlook 2003

I'm having a problem using a shared Distribution List from another users
mailbox, it is shared the same way a Calendar with the same permissions, I
can open the Calendar, edit, delete, add...ect but when I go to send a new
message and use the TO: I do not see the shared Distribution List and when I
open the Distribution list I can only use one group or address to send to...I
can open, edit, add and delete any address in the distribution list but I can
not send a mass email using the distribution list. Any suggestions would be a
great help!!

We have the same problem. Forwarding mail to a distributionlist in the
shared contactsfolder does not work because of this problem.
We use Exchange
