Distribution List Modify Errors

We have DL Owners getting errors when trying to modify DL members
in Outlook on Exchange 5.5 Server. Have a replica on
Exc2000, same site. Only way to modify members is with
Exchange Admin or from AD Users and Computers from child-
native mode domain.

Found this KB article which sounds similiar to our
scenario since we are running a separate Native-mode 2003
domain for Universal Security Groups. Has anyone seen
this before?
