Distribution List Stopped Showing Number Of Contacts

One of my clients complained to me that her copy of Outlook 2003 no longer
showed her the total number of members in her distribution lists. She said
the only way she can now get the total number of members is to count them
(quite the task on one of her larger lists). How does one turn back on the
part that would tell her how many people are in her lists?
