Hi!
Is there any way that I can create the distribution list that have all my
contacts and create of file for that can be imported by other people or just
share distribution list with others

If the others are also Outlook users, open a new message to them in Rich
Text format and drag and drop your DL into this message. Click Send. They
can then drag/drop the DL they receive to their Contacts folder.
