Distribution List

Good Morning,

How do I add members of a distribution list to "contacts"? This would
have been simple had they been added as the list was created; however, that
wasn't the case.

Thanks so much for your help.

I didn't think you could create a Distribution list without having the
members already IN your contacts. How was the list created?

Open the list and double-click on each member - that will bring up the
Outlook Contact form.

Thank you Gordon,

However, it brings up the Business Contact Manager contacts where the list
was drawn from; how do I get these individuals into the "Plain" contacts
area??????

Sorry, I don't know - maybe export from BCM to Outlook?

Sure you can. You can type any address you like in the Members field when
selecting members.

Since the BCM form seems to be getting in your way, one way is to save the
DL as a tab-delimited values file (File>Save As, choose Text as the type)
and then import that into your regular Contacts folder.
