Distribution List

Hello

I'd like to create a distribution list so that I can
notify clients easily with some general information. I
don't want anyone to be able to see who else has been sent
this message. Is there a way to accomplish this other than
the BCC function. When I use BCC my email address comes up
in the "From" and "To" fields when they receive the
message.

You can create a bogus contact and put that in the To line. (BTW, your
e-mail address will only be in the To line if you put it there.)

I have a contact called "All Employees" with an e-mail address of
(e-mail address removed)
That is not a valid address, and I get a bounce-back from the mail server,
but that's fine. But I then BCC everyone, and when people receive the
e-mail, they see it is addressed to "All Employees." They can see the bogus
e-mail address if they like, but that's fine.
