I work in the music department of a university and we like to keep in touch with our alum. I have just recently gotten a MacBook and started using Entourage. I set up a list with almost 500 people in it so far. I have mailed three messages to test it and I am the only one getting a copy of the message. I clicked the block that said don't show addresses...would that matter? Some people don't like to show their email addresses to everyone. I really need to send something out, but am bewildered why it isn't going. I know when I sent the second message, one of the email addresses was incorrect, and it didn't even bounce back!! HELP!!!!!!
THANK YOU!!!!!!

Some outgoing e-mail servers have limits on the number of recipients an
individual message can have in order to discourage spammers. Usually the
server would provide an error that would appear in the Error log (Window
menu) to indicate that the message did not go through. Are you not getting
an error?

You might want to try using Paul Berkowitz's free "Split Recipients" script,
which will automatically split such a message into several copies with fewer
recipients per copy. It includes instructions.
