Distribution List

I have a distribution list of a few hundred people that I
am trying to send an email to. My ISP has put a 49-name
limit on outgoing emails. My question is, is there a way
to divide this list without retyping all the names? It
doesn't give me the options of cutting, pasting, or
copying, and I really don't want to have to type them all
over again.

For the record, this is NOT spam. These are customers of
mine who have requested that I put them on my
distribution list.

Thanks in advance,

Valerie

Now you see why none of us use DL's.
No such features exist.
In theory, you could save these DL's as RTF files, then convert, slice and
dice them to your heart's content, then import them into separate Contacts
Subfolders, which is what you should have been using all along.

Others who find themselves limited by their ISP's recipient count allowance
resort to WordMail Merge, which sends the messages once per address.

you probably can cut and paste, just not with the mouse. try using the smart keys "ctrl c" for copying and "ctrl v" to paste. that normally works for me.
