Distribution Lists and Contacts Question.

Hi,

One of our users has "created a distribution list,
however she is unable to see 'contacts' when creating a
new email to select this distribution list".

Do this make any sense? Is this supposed to be a
supported function? I am not a expert at Outlook as we
have only started to use it.

Make sure the Outlook Address Book Service is installed and configured
correctly in the profile. Method depends on version, which you did not
provide.

The Version is Office 2003 deliverred via a citrix
metaframe XP app, running on wondows 2003 servers.
