Distribution Lists and Spam Filter

Our office recently moved to outlook from groupwise and we
send e-mails out to several large distribution lists. We
are finding that the size of these lists are hitting the
threshold (ie, over 100 recipients)and being classified
as "spam" by some filters and not being received.

When we used groups in groupwise, the system
somehow "parsed" (probably not the correct terminology
here) the recipients out by e-mail system (ie, so those
with an AOL address only saw the other AOL users on their
TO line).

Is there a work around in Outlook that would get us by
these SPAM filters?
