Currently my distribution lists show the name and e-mail. Is there a way to
have my distribution lists display the telephone number as well so that when
I print a copy of the distribution list it includes the telephone number.

Why would a DL contain a phone number?
The purpose of a DL is to group email addresses so you can send to multiple
recipients. Phone numbers are not in play.
