Distribution Question

I have created a distribution list and would like to open
up all the names and show them on the To: line when
sending a email. Can this be done?

Is the distribution list created in Outlook? Then the distribution list auto
expand on sending.

Note that the receivers may not like it you exposing their address to (what
could be for them) strangers.
