I've been using Entourage for about a month, no problem, haven't
changed any settings since I started. Send out an email at about 3am,
wake up a few hours later, try to send an email, and suddenly getting
an error. This is how it reads:
[PERMFAIL] destination not valid within DNS
Explanation: Cannot send mail. The SMTP server does not recognize any
of the authentication methods supported by Entourage. Try changing your
SMTP authentication options in Account settings or contact your network
administrator.
---
So I went into account settings and for the first time even typed in
the username/pw for your my Comcast account, and now it simply says
that it cannot send.
Any suggestions and solutions as to why this is all of the sudden
acting up?
