Do I have sufficient info to recover? How?

The FAT table on the hard drive of my notebook went bad seriously corrupting
the operating system and some data. I managed to pull off the DBX files,
cleanup log, and the WAB files. (The PC was running Outlook Express V6
under Win 98.) Do I have enough info to recover my email and address book?
If so, how? (And choices for destinations are Win XPh PC w/Outlook Express
V6 and Outlook 2002 or a Win 98 PC w/Outlook Express V6.)

TIA,
George
