Do not have permission

When opening Outlook 2000 SR1 get a message "you do not
have permission to log on" after having logged onto the
SBS 4.5 that has exchange 5.5 running. the other 18 users
have no problem.

Did it work previously? Have you checked to make sure the user's account
isn't locked out?
