Do not receive notification undeliverable message

Hello:

We are using Entourage and connect to a Exchange 2000 server. Our MAC
users using Entourage do not get a return message indicating the
message they sent is undeliverable. If they sign in to their Web mail
the message is there.

Q: Is there something I need to set in Entourage for this to work?

Not to my knowledge - the "undeliverable" message is routed just like a
regular email message. Are the users receiving any emails?

I've heard of this happening with Return Receipts if the destination server
sends them back in a format that does not classify them as an actual email
(but as some kind of proprietary Exchange notification). I suppose it's
possible the same thing is happening here, but I don't know that for sure.
