Do original recipients of meeting invites receive deletion notices?

Still figuring out Entourage after being an Outlook user for 15
years. About 75% of my company is on PCs and use Outlook. I can send
meeting invites to them without a problem, but if I have to delete a
meeting does a cancellation notice go to other recipients? If not, is
there a way to do this?

Entourage 2008 will offer to send updates. I don't recall if Entourage
2004 did. I believe it did too.
