Do you have to log in?

Hello:

One person on our Outlook "network" gets a login window
when he opens Outlook. Is there a way to shut this off
so that he can simply open Outlook to get his e-mail?

And, even if that can't be done, is there a way to get
the domain name to show up automatically in this login
window so that he doesn't have to type the domain name in
this login window every time?
