Do you use IIF in Frontpage like in Access

I am trying to use an If statement in a ASP page using Frontpage and I was
wondering if you use the normal IIF statement just like in Access. I can get
the argument to work in Access but not in Frontpage. Is there anything
special in Frontpage that you do different? OR is it a totally different
command? Any help appreciated.
