Doc "file type" mod after Outlook 2003

After installing Outlook 2003 on a couple of desktops the users complained
they were getting prompted about a open/cancel with regard to a security
warning when opening docs.

I would like to modify the "file type" associated with "doc" via a GPO.

I am interested, in particular, in modifying the "open" action to not have
the "confirm open after download" checked on. My users tend to open allot
of docs from the intranet and to have them prompted every is bogus!

Any thoughts on this?
