HI

by the use of Application.DoCmd (visCmdSelectionModeRect) we can change the
mouse pointer
bu i want that catch the events when user change their mouse pointer on the
drawing .

You can detect a SelectionChanged evemt, but are you asking if you can
detect if the user begins to drag a selection rectangle? If you worried
about multiple selections, then don't forget holding down the Shirt and Ctrl
keys while selecting.
Wouldn't it be easier to check if the Window.Selection.Count > 0 ?
