Document blocked for editing - who is blocking

How can I find out WHO has the document opened that I'm
trying to open - Word shows me a MsgBox that the document
is opened by another user - BUT WHO IS IT or WITCH
COMPUTER blocksa the document ?

I always ask the IT dept to look at it for me. If you have command
access to the server she's apples. The specific command varies by OS
and version of the server.
