Document Map does not show headings.

Greetings:

On a specific document sing Ms Word 2003 wish to see the heading list on the
LEFT side panel. I have used this feature in other documents and it works
with other documents but not with this specific one. Can you tell me what I
am doing wrong.

I wanted to attach the documnet file but the questions panel did not give me
this option.

Are you sure you are using the built in heading styles?

I wanted to attach the documnet file but the questions panel did not give me
this option.

I blieve I am using the "built in heading styles". To confirm i went to
Format > Styles> Select all> then applied "Available Style Heading.

Still can not see the heading on the left side of the document.

Please help.

Which particular style did you apply? It doesn't have to be a built-in
heading (these are called Heading 1, Heading 2, etc. in English language
versions of Word) but it must be a style that has its "Outline level" set to
something else than "Body Text."
