Documents.Open Doesnt work on server.

app.Documents.Open("TEMPLATE.DOC", False, False, False, "", "", False, "",
"") doesnt work on server.
But it is working in my computer.

What is the problem, what can i do ?

NO, it doesnt, path is right.
I thing , this is about permission error. But what kind permission :)
Folder has got full permission.
