Hi, I'm trying to develop post-show strategies and one is a follow-up survey.
I'm having trouble finding a template for this. Does anyone have one or
having any suggestions, please? Thank you!

Try Google or Bing. There may be something there. I doubt you'll find a
"template" but you may find the survey questions.
