Does Entourage 2004 recognize jpg

Hi,
Does Entourage 2004 recognize jpg attachments? I got an email & it doesn't
show it (I am using Leopard on a Mac Pro). Preview can read it.

Hi Jolly Rodger,
I can not do that. There is a big box with a tiny x in the middle. I can not
select the big box. I know what it is since there is a jpeg attachment like
image01.jpg. It shows up in an email on a computer using 10.4.11. I can open
the attachment and see what it is, but it doesn't appear in the email. And I
don't want to post this particular image. Thanks,

I hate answering my own email, but I looked at another email I received a
couple of days ago and I viewed about 11 jpeg files in the email. I guess
this one was just a fluke for 10.5.

That can happen if you have set the option to partially retrieve messages.
The attachment is not fully downloaded so it doesn't show. This is also a
security feature for messages not from senders in your Address Book.
