does entourage 2008 have outloook-likecontrol for group / other users calendars?

we've got a dozen users here all on macs using entourage. we've also got receptionist who is always bombarded with calls to help coordinate all the users calendars and scheduling. obviously, she's a PC users with outlook. i'd like it it entourage had the same function. if not, i can't see any reason to upgrade.

If you use Exchange in your office then you'll want to look at "About
sharing and delegation" on Microsoft's website
