Does MS Project 2003 run under VMWare and Windows 2003?

Does MS Project 2003 run under VMWare and Windows 2003? I could not find
this info when searching the MS website.

I don't know the answer to this, but I would expect it to be OK. Why not
get the Trial version and see what happens?
