Does Outllook 2003 support newsgroups?

You might want to check out Newsgator which integrates with Outlook and
allows access to NNTP newsgroups.

Don't even bother to set up newsgroups in Outlook. For some strange reason
it's never been designed for newsgroups (which is an utter shame).

Stick with Outlook Express

I would say stick to OE for mail as well unless you really need to move
over.
