I have a user who gets quite a bit of junk email. Several times a week email
from out domain or someone in her Safe Senders group will be put in her Junk
Mail folder. Even though she marks the message as not Junk, new messages
from the same users are still showing up in her Junk Mail folder.
Does anyone else have this issue or a suggestion on how to resolve it? We
are also using Brightmail, but right now I have that turned off on her
machine to see if it makes a difference and so far it does not.
