Domain of sender address unknown

everytime i go and send a message file "FILE - SEND TO -
AS ATTACHMENT" I get an undeliverable message sent to me.
It happens with any office program. the message reads 553
5.1.8 <[email protected]>... Domain of sender
address (e-mail address removed) does not exist>

Where can i change this .local address? is it on my PC or
my server?

Please help me if you can.
