Double Instances of Calendar Events

I have a very strange things happening with my Entourage calendar. Some of my calendar events are showing up on my calendar twice, once at the correct time, and another at a (as far as I can tell) random time in the future. When I look at the OWA version of my calendar there is no duplication. When I look at my assistant's version of my calendar (she runs OL 2007 on Windows) she also does not see the two versions.

Does anyone else have these issues?

I have the same duplicate problem but my duplicates are right underneath the original. Then I get 2 reminders of the same thing as well. What can be done about this?
