Double receipt of e-mails - HELP!!!!

I am getting double receipt of e-mails. I have looked at Microsoft
Knowledge Base Article - 284404 and find that it does not apply to my
problem. HELP!!!

What version of Outlook do you have? What sort of mail account(s)?
