Double Sending Messages with Attachments.

I have Outlook 2007. About half of the messages I send with attachments are
duplicated when I send them.. Of course the receiver of the message gets
irritated because of two messages and the download time so I hear about it.
I sometimes receive two messages as well from random senders as well. Anyone
have an idea on this?

Are you scanning email with an antivirus or antispam application?

disable all scanning on outbound mail (and don't do virus scans on inbound
mail).
