Download a Template to use on a different computer

Is it possible to download a PowerPoint Template so I could install it on
another computer that does not have an internet connection?

As long as that computer has the applicable version of PowerPoint, yes.

How would you download it? Every time I try, it automatically loads into the
PowerPoint that is on the computer that has the internet connection?
