Download E-mail to PC and Clear-up space on Exchange 5.5 Srvr

I have an OLD almost full Exchange Server Running
Exchange 5.5

How do I Download OUTLOOK 2002 E-mail to an individuals
PC So user can read it.

And have the Exchange Srvr Remove the e-mail from its
information store to conserve room on my server.

You can create PST files and change the delivery location in Outlook, but,
but, but....

If you're using Exchange, you are better off adding more disk space (and
impmeneting mailbox quotas) rather than using PST files - the latter
significantly reduce the value of having Exchange in the first place. See
http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq_appxf.htm for a lot of reasons why
not to do this.

If you're running Standard, note that there's a 16GB limit per store - if
you're approaching that, time for mailbox quotas and a LOT of housekeeping!
