Download entire message

I've changed all the account setting to try and get entourage to download
the entire message, but even after restarting it just refuses to download
the entire message until I click on each one.

Any ideas? I've checked all the rules and there's nothing that would create
this behavior.

What kind of account is this? How do you know it's not downloading the
entire message?

Is this a news account. Entourage is somewhat iffy on downloading news
messages until you click on them.
