download old software "Publisher 97"

I recently purchased a DELL COMPUTER..LAPTOP. I have two
home base businesses. I am a Mortgage Broker and a
Consultant. I created a brochure at Xavier University of
New Orleans, using Microsoft Publisher 97. It will not
open at all on my laptop. I can not seem to find any
compatible software to help me.

I need to present this material and more to a small group
of protential clients, but I do not know how I will now.

For a mortgage broker, you're not particularly smart, are you? Try *buying
Publisher*
