In a multi client Exchange 2000 setup, I am unable to get
users to download the correct off line address book when
working in cached mode (office 2003). All clients are
downloading the default off line address book from the
2000 Exchange server and not there own even though I have
setup different offline address books in ESM. The client
is only showing the incorrect address book after a
download, up until that point the client sees the correct
address book. If I close the client's outlook, go to the
clients outlook folder under documents and setting and
delete all oab files and reopen outlook the client returns
to their correct address book until they attempt to
download the address book again.
