Drag and drop local folders?

Hey all. When I drag e-mail from my inbox (server based) to local
folders the e-mail in the inbox remains on the server (copied). This
causes me to manually delete the e-mail from the server. Is there a
way to define/configure drag and drop where the e-mail is copied to
the local folders and deleted from the server without my having to go
back?

Thanks,
Richard

Sadly, no. The only option is to actually "Move" the message
(Shift-Command-C).

If it's something you move routinely, you could use a Rule. I have one that
moves anything over a certain size into a Temp folder so that it doesn't
cause me quota difficulties.

You also might want to check out the script:

AutoArchive Exchange Account to "On My Computer"

Move all e-mail older than 60 days from your Exchange account folders to
archive folders within the "On My Computer" folder tree.
