Drag and dropping contacts to another program

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: intel

When I try to drag and drop an email contact from Entourage to another program (Max Bulk Mailer), my Entourage program quits. This was not the case in Entourage 2004. Any ideas?

Test in a new User with a new Identity to see if the problem still occurs.
You'll obviously need some sample contacts to add for testing. Drag those to
Shared folder for easy access in the new User.

Is this a single address or multiple?
