I have just upgraded to Office:mac 2008 from 2004.
I also run Parallels with Win XP on my iMac and am hoping to cease doing that given my experiences with the new version of Entourage.
I find Entourage '08 to be "very close" in terms of an apples-to-apples comparison with Outlook 2003.
In Outlook 2003, I can drag an inbox e-mail onto the Calendar icon and immediately have the contents of that e-mail open up within a new calendar entry that can then be dated and saved within my calendar for a follow up action or remainder. It is a very simple process that I rely on in my day-to-day activities.
In Entourage 2008 , I would like to be able to do the same thing, but the software does not have that same capability. Is there an alternative process that accomplishes the same result with 1-2 mouse clicks?
