Dragging Email to tasks

I have a situation where one of my users drags an email to tasks, but
the message body does not drag over...only the subject line. What to do?

Try right clicking on the message and dragging it then release the mouse
button over Tasks and you'll see a menu. Click "Copy here as task with text"
