Drawing List Management for Access

I am developing an application that will be used to manage drawing lists for
Design Build projects. This application will have the following primary
components:
1) Drawings
2) Work Packages
3) Assignment of Drawings to Work Packages (combination of #1 and #2)

Does anyone know of a similar access-based application?
