Hi Mike,

Make your dropdown like this
<select onchange="if(this.options.selectedIndex>0)
window.open(this.options
[this.options.selectedIndex].value);">
<option value="">Choose a Link</option>
<option value="http://www.needhelp.com">Need Help</option>
etc...
