DROP DOWN Menu in FRONTPAGE 2000

Hi. I am attempting to create a drop down menu. I was hoping to be able to
use this menu to link to other pages on my site. Somehow my plumbing is
wrong. Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong. I put the folder and web
page file name in the value slot but it does not seem to be navigation to
the input value. rather it is sending me to some empty database(?) I think.
Northbot?
Help would be greatly appreciated. I have a feeling I am really miss the
boat on this one.
