yes but the combo box doesn't contain two colums the
table it read from does.. will this affect it?

You can retrieve the value of any column in a combo (or
List) box by using the Column property. E.g.

Amount = Me.Price * Me.combo.Column(2)

Yes, you will have to add the column to the ComboBox (they can be hidden).
