Dropdown Boxes

Hi.

I am using Frontpage2003 and would like some advice on dropdown boxes. I
have a list of 150 schools in a spreadsheet that I would like to add to a
dropdown box and was wondering if there is a way to populate the dropdown
without having to re-type each school name one at a time.
